All new items come with the manufacturer’s warranty for your peace of mind. For any used items, we offer a 30-day warranty from the date of purchase. If you have any issues within this period, please contact us, and we’ll be happy to assist.

SERVICE: 

For all products under the coverage of a stated TrailerTrack Pro warranty (“coverage”, stated or unstated, does not guarantee coverage) the choice to repair, replace, or refund is at the sole and absolute discretion of TrailerTrack Pro. If an item is covered repair(s), refund(s), or replacement(s) of any sort will be handled in a reasonable, but undetermined, time-frame. Warranty parts will be replaced with new, or “like-new” in “good” condition used, parts. If a replacement cannot be provided to an item covered by warranty, remuneration may be provided. TrailerTrack Pro warranties cover TrailerTrack Pro products (outside of 30-day warranty-after-purchase timeframe) and there are no other warranties applicable. TrailerTrack Pro warranties do not cover labor costs for services or repairs performed on TrailerTrack Pro products without prior written notification given to TrailerTrack Pro.

Proof of Purchase MUST be provided to an authorized TrailerTrack Pro representative in order to be eligible for (possible) coverage. No remuneration, remedy, solution, compensation, product, or other forms of appreciable value exchange will be provided unless we receive written notice of a claimed defect or inconsistency. Having a product serviced, repaired, or otherwise tampered with BEFORE expressly giving TrailerTrack Pro prior written notice of product defects or inconsistencies will void the warranty.

COVERED ENTITIES:

We warrant ONLY you (“you” or “your”) the original consumer who purchases the product(s) directly from TrailerTrack Pro, IconDirect, a TrailerTrack Pro subsidiary, or an authorized entity. Coverage does NOT extend to any parties outside of the original consumer. This includes, but is not limited to, relatives, friends, or any party that purchases the item from the original consumer.

What Is Not Covered Under Our Warranty – 

• Damages not reported within 30 days of delivery.
• Damages or failures including any failure that results from neglect, accident, wind, rain, water pooling, weather or other acts of God.
• Improper installation and/or any damage/failure that is a result of improper installation or adjustment of the product/component. Professional installation is recommended. 
• Purchaser’s abuse, including but not limited to neglect; failure to operate, use or maintain the product in accordance with the instruction manual.
• The warranty covers parts only. The warranty does NOT cover labor.
